Download PDFs from Large List of Links

I'll give you access to a website that has a large list of whitepapers (9719 in total). Simply click on each link, and download the file making sure to save each file in a very specific naming sequence. It's a challenge to scrape because the links are not direct links, but instead go to other pages that require you to click again on the whitepaper, or language choice, etc. Some are just webpages and will need to be saved as is. I'm only interested in the text.
