Download and Organize All Files From Website (Education/Academia)

I need all of the files (assessments and scoring sheets) from a website to be downloaded, saved, and logically organized into folders. This project is for academic/educational purposes, so it must be made user-friendly for teachers and parents.
The website is free and available to the public, so there are no issues with copyright.
