DoorDash Menu Item Extraction
Budget: $30 – $50 USD
I already have our full restaurant menu laid out in a single PDF, complete with images and finalised item descriptions. What I now need is for every dish, drink, and add-on to be broken out into its own, properly formatted entry so I can upload everything smoothly to DoorDash.
Here’s what I’m after:
• Extract each menu item from the PDF and place it in a clear spreadsheet (or DoorDash-ready CSV) with the required fields: item name, category, price, modifiers, and my existing description.
• Match the corresponding image file to each line item so images import correctly on DoorDash. All photos are already available and simply need to be mapped.
• Check formatting against DoorDash guidelines so nothing is rejected and the menu looks clean on mobile.
The descriptions are finished; this is purely an organisational and formatting task. If you’ve handled DoorDash, Uber Eats, or similar menu uploads before, that experience will help keep this quick and error-free.
