Diverse Recruiter for Varied Roles

I'm seeking a highly experienced recruiter to assist me in sourcing candidates for a range of positions. MUST HAVE OWN RESOURCES.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates from various industries including but not limited to Technology, Retail, Healthcare.
- Target and attract candidates of varying expertise levels - Entry, Mid and Senior.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for different roles.
Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrable experience in recruitment, especially across different industries and levels of expertise.
- Proficient in understanding the needs of multiple sectors.
- Ability to source, engage and retain top talent.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management capabilities.
