Freelance Data Entry Specialist for Spray Foam Equipment and Products
Job Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Freelance Contractor to help us build a comprehensive database of spray foam equipment and products. You’ll work through distributor websites like IDI and Spray Foam Polyparts to gather and organize product information into a detailed spreadsheet. This role requires excellent research skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Review products and equipment listed on specified distributor websites.
Collect and accurately input the following information into a spreadsheet:
Product Title
UPC Code
Product Description
Additional Details
Technical Data Sheet (if applicable)
Retail Price
Product Photo (must not be watermarked)
Product Category
Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and properly formatted.
Requirements:
Strong research and data entry skills.
Familiarity with spray foam products or similar industries (preferred, but not required).
Proficiency in using spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
Ability to source unwatermarked product photos.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Access to a reliable internet connection.
Deliverables:
A well-organized, comprehensive spreadsheet containing all required fields.
Photos and technical sheets correctly linked or embedded in the document.
Compensation:
This is a freelance, project-based role with compensation depending on the scope of work and agreed timelines.
