Desktop OCR for Dynamic Text Capture -- 2

Need help on OCR with Tesseact for my current app. The OCR code should dynamically track and extract only the last line of text as the screen content moves, such as in a chat window, and locate it in a textbox. Please note that you won't develop a separate app. You will just add the OCR function to my software.

Key Requirements:
- Develop a Windows-compatible desktop application.
- Integrate OCR functionality to extract text from a selected window.
- Use mouse selection for window targeting.
- Capture only the last line of text dynamically as the screen content scrolls.
- Automatically record the extracted text into a textboox.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Windows desktop application development.
- Experience with OCR technology and text extraction.
- Familiar with Barcode label create/print. .
- Strong understanding of user interface design for ease of use.
- Ability to implement dynamic text tracking and capture.
