I am working in a Hospital as IT Executive. So we have daily wise bills to upload on government portal and also TPA portals, so we have daily tasks to conversion of PDF and Word document for upload bill on time. I have same experience.
JOB PROFILE:-
• Installs, maintains and moves computer related equipment.
• Installs and updates software as required for fixes/upgrades.
• Handles computer equipment troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Provides Tier 2 support to the IT Service Desk.
• Maintains an inventory of all computer related equipment and software.
• Handles Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA's) and sends in equipment requiring repairs.
• Organizes computer equipment in storage and keeps area clean and organized.
• Performs administration systems. (For example: SCCM, McAfee EPO, Group Policy, Print Server, etc.).
• Activates ports in wiring closets for new installs or PC moves; informs Infrastructure team of any changes/issues as necessary.
