I'm seeking diligent, enthusiastic support experts proficient in customer service for my clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Responding to customer enquiries
- Processing orders and inbound returns
- Resolving any customer grievances

You'll mainly provide support through phone and live chat. The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

- Effective communication skills
- An unwavering customer service ethic
- The ability to stay calm under pressure

You'll be using our CRM system and knowledge base system regularly. Proficiency in using these software tools is beneficial, but not necessary, as training will be provided. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service quality.

We are currently supporting United States, Jamacia and Canada. We look to expand in the coming future.
