Decorating data app

Firstly this is an initial request based on an idea I have, which I am looking for initial budget amounts to see how realistic this project is to get up and running. I would like accurate pricing, but please don't spend too much time on this as I do not want to waste your time if initial costs are unrealistic. I appreciate my current budget may not match my ambition, but if I know what I need, I can save or source funds.
I am a painter and decorator and have spent years gathering data from my own and other sources to create a database of costs and pricing which I believe there is a market for.
Ultimately I am looking for pricing for the following:
- Create a web based app to integrate this data into, which will allow quote building from a decorators perspective.
- This will need to be a membership type website as decorators will sign into their own account and use the data to build there own quotes.
- I would prefer the website to be Wordpress based (purely because I have experience and a basic knowledge of how to use for future reference) however, I am open to the fact this may not be possible.
- My data is currently on excel and is between 11-12 thousand lines, so the website/app would need to have the capability of handling this.
- The quote system would use dependant drop down lists to help filter the data for specific items. So depending which options you select in the first, second, third drop down menu, will dictate what options the next drop down menu will show. e.g - First drop down options - Internal, external, (client selects internal) > second drop down options - plaster, woodwork, metal, (client selects woodwork) > third drop down options - skirting boards, doors, windows (client selects doors) > fourth drop down options - flat door, panel door, ledge and brace door etc
- There are likely to be up to 13 drop down boxes. Once each has been selected, a price and timeframe will be given to the client to put in his quote.
Depending on the cost of the initial project, I would like the app to either include, or at least be able to upgrade in the future to the following:
- Within each clients membership area once they sign in, I would like them to have:
- Options for clients to brand their own documents with company name, logo's etc.
- Customer section (where decorators can save client details and attach quote and invoices too)
- Quotes section (with templates and availability to email quotes through the system)
- Invoice section (with templates and availability to email invoices through the system)
- Ongoing jobs section
- The ability for the client to change a price in the data which suits them better than the one I have provided and this will save for future use, but will not hinder the main database that all members use. So I imagine each member has there own database?
I would also like membership areas to have the future ability to have options where they can buy other products that I may make available.
I would also like the website to have the capability to be converted to a iOS/android app in the future.
If you have experience of similar projects, any advice you can give that you may be aware of in terms of hosting such websites would be appreciated. I am not expecting free advice, I understand there is a cost for such information, but knowing you have experience in this area to help me move forward would be good to know.
