A.
In 2019 I provided services to a local bar and grill in Davidson County, Tennessee. In January of 2020 I received a correct 1099 for these services.
B.
In 2021 I received a notice of deficiency from the IRS claiming the bar and grill had reported it paid me significantly more than I received. The IRS was attempting to collect substantial unpaid taxes.
C.
I was forced to retain counsel to prove in US Federal Tax Court the original 1099 I received was correct. My defense included all of my financial records as evidence. After reviewing my financial statements the IRS conceited and the case was ruled in my favor.
D.
I am now attempting to sue the bar and grill for damages under Title 26 USC 7434 for Fraudulent Filing of Information Return in Davidson County Tennessee Circuit Court.

The lawyer I hired for petitioning the IRS and representing me in US Tax Court was from Utah. They have helped me build my case and have recommended I pursue this in Tennessee circuit court. However, because they are based in Utah they are unable to represent me in Tennessee.

Since this case has already been won in federal tax court, I intend to represent myself in Tennessee circuit court. I have already built my case with my lawyer in Utah and have prepared all of our evidence, written my plaintiff statements, and have prepared questions for witnesses and the defense.

I have attempted to sue the bar and grill using the Tennessee eFile court system website on my own. However, filing a case in circuit court requires someone who knows how to correctly file using the system. I have incorrectly filed twice, and I’m seeking someone familiar with the system and the process to help me sue so I can represent myself in court.

To be clear, I am not seeking legal advice or representation, I just need help correctly suing them using the eFile system website. If I can get a court date scheduled I’m good on my own the rest of the way.
