I have an empty database template that I will share with you. Your task is to enter the details of 23 medications and 15 potential complications, double-checking spelling, dosage units, and any standard abbreviations for consistency.
I did not commit to a specific platform, so feel free to use whatever is fastest for you—whether that means a small SQL table, a NoSQL document, or even a well-structured spreadsheet—as long as the data ends up clean and easily exportable.
Once the records are in place, I need a nicely formatted PDF hosted online so I can open it in a browser and print without margin issues. The layout should be clear and professional; if you have a preferred structure, let me see a quick mock-up first.
