Database collection

I am looking to hire a freelancer to collect data from various sources and create a database consisting of 1000-5000 entries. The data collected will be contact information, such as name, address, phone number, and email address. The freelancer I am seeking must have experience with this kind of task, and be able to collect this data from sources of their choosing. However, I am willing to provide more specific sources should they be available. The freelancer should take the time and diligence necessary to ensure the accuracy of the data that is collected for this project.
