Database to Sheets Migration

I have a live database that holds a mix of text, numbers, and occasional images. I need every record moved into structured Microsoft Excel workbooks and mirrored in Google Sheets so my team can access the same information online.
Your task is to pull the data directly from the database, preserve all field relationships, and make sure any embedded images remain correctly matched with their corresponding rows. Along the way, please double-check for obvious entry errors or mismatched formats so what ends up in the spreadsheets is clean and ready for immediate use—no extra analysis is required on your side, just solid migration with light validation.
Deliverables
• Excel (.xlsx) file with all fields correctly mapped
• Google Sheet containing the identical dataset, shared back to me
• Brief hand-off note outlining the connection method you used and any data issues you fixed
I already have read-only credentials for the database and can send them once we start. If you prefer working with ODBC, MySQL Workbench, or a quick export to CSV before importing, that’s fine—as long as the final result in Excel and Google Sheets is accurate and complete.
