RP Data into Excel
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
We have recently received expressions of interest from a number of homeowners looking to sell or develop their properties based on a recent letter-drop. We wish to quickly contact the homeowners of neighbouring properties to see if they too are interested through a more direct mailout. Given that there is a high number of rented properties within the target area, we intend on using RP Data to attempt to locate the actual neighbouring homeowner’s name, primary residential address and contact details.
Work would best suit someone with their own existing RP Data Professional full version, who are able to export CSV for suburbs. We are able to provide login details for RP Data Professional, however have a low access subscription and thus the process for data entry will be fairly manual.
