Data extraction of PDF by copy typing in Word

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with data extraction of PDF files by copy typing in Word.
The project requires the conversion of more than 10
PDF files, each containing more than 50 pages. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills and attention to detail to ensure that all data is accurately transferred to the Word documents.
Additionally, the Word documents should follow a specific template that will be provided, so the freelancer should be able to follow formatting requirements closely. Experience with data entry and PDF to Word conversion would be a plus.
