Data entry; type contact detalis from 3 300 visitor cards into excel spreadsheet

Hello, we have 3 300 contact cards with name/address/phone numbers/ interests handwritten cards. These are contact cards of people visited an Art Gallery. We need this information (from 12 fields) entered into an excel spreadsheet, into 12 columns. We have the contact cards scanned in PDf format. Attached is a scan of four of the contact cards. It should also include the interests expressed in certain painters. We will provide a website with the exact spelling of painters names, these names have to be cross checked.
