Data entry/research analyst for real estate leads

I need a VA (potentially team in the future) to research and find the correct phone number using tools such as sunbiz or whitepages.com because a program we use does not pick it up so it must be done manually.
I believe the system we use is inefficient, I am looking for someone who has specifically done this type of work and has access to paid databases/tools that can help with the work.
