I have a collection of records sitting in various online databases that need to be re-keyed into a web-based form I will provide. Your role is simple but detail-critical: open each record online, copy the required fields exactly as shown, and paste or type them into the corresponding fields inside the form.

Because the target is an online form, there’s no spreadsheet hand-off—each submission is saved directly in the system. I’ll share clear field-by-field guidelines, validation rules, and a short demo video before you start.

Accuracy is everything; typos or mis-matched fields trigger errors on my end, so please double-check each entry before hitting “submit.” A short sample batch will serve as the quality gate. Once that passes, I’ll release the go-ahead for the remaining entries. I track progress with the form’s built-in timestamp, so there’s no separate timesheet to fill out.

Deliverable: complete, error-free submissions for the entire dataset, with the form’s submission log as proof of work. I’m looking to begin immediately and will be available throughout for quick clarifications.
