Data entry operator

I am looking for a skilled data entry operator to help me with my project. The type of data that needs to be entered is images, and I already have the data collected. The estimated size of the dataset is medium, with around 500-1000 records. I am looking for someone who is accurate, efficient and reliable with this kind of work.
