Data entry from LinkedIn, company profiles

I have a big project that I want your help with it, but first, this is still an idea, so I want to know what is possible and what is not.
For now, I'm only looking to get data LinkedIn companies only, their about page
for example, take this search: "all companies in Saudi Arabia "
two points:
1- LinkedIn only shows 1k companies in the search page, but if you see the link there are 44k companies, is it possible to get all 44k? maybe like using filters and so on?
2- This is a mega and huge project, for now, will do one country at a time, so huge data will need to be collected, so I need the price to be reasonable, if so, we can work for the long term with this.
