Data entry for online accountability

I'm looking for a data entry point of reference to create our invoices in a Google Doc. file as the attachment to this job.
The job has this flow:
- Open the Shopify Store Payout
- Open each Shopify order indicated in the payout and calculate the difference between the amount paid by the customer to us and the amount we paid to our partner website.
- Attached you can see the columns that need to be fulfilled in the Google Doc. File
