Data entry for cardiac surgery patients

I am seeking a data entry expert to assist with a project involving cardiac surgery patients. The tasks involved include entering pre, intra and post-surgical parameters from patient records. The data will need to be manually inputted. The project requires entering a range of 100-500 patient records.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in data entry and accuracy in inputting information
- Experience with medical data or knowledge of medical terminology would be a plus
