JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to assist with the uploading and management of digital products on our Shopify platform. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with Google Sheets and Canva Pro to prepare and upload product details efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Task 1: Set Up New Digital Products

1. Download a PDF file of a book from a specified Google Sheets link.
2. Retrieve the product image from a Google Sheets link and resize it using Canva Pro.
3. Create a listing for a new digital product on Shopify.
4. Upload the PDF file and the resized image to the product listing.
5. Configure download limit rules for each digital product.
6. Modify the product name if needed to show the language.


Task 2: Manage Product Variants and Images

1. Upload product images to Shopify using URLs.
2. Utilize the Variant Images App to correctly assign images to each product variant.


Requirements:

* Proficiency in navigating Shopify and its digital product management apps.
* Experience with Google Sheets and Canva Pro.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
