Data entry

I'm looking for someone to help with data entry and organization for a medium amount of data (100-500 entries). I already have a specific system and format that the data needs to be organized in; I just need someone to finish the job. Accuracy is a must, as the data is extremely important to me. Data entry experience is a huge plus, as well as the ability to meet short deadlines. I am open to hearing any suggestions you may have to help speed up the process and ensure accuracy.
