Data entry -- 2

As a data entry specialist, I am in need of some freelance help. This project involves entering data into a computer system from physical documents in whatever format the client sees fit. The data can also be transcribed from audio recordings if preferred. There is no existing format that needs to be followed, so I am open to any suggestions from potential freelancers. The scope of this project covers up to 100 to 500 entries of data.
