Scope of Work:
You will be required to:
1. Scrape Businesses with Low Ratings (≤ 2.5 stars) from the following platforms:
Trustpilot
Sitejabber
Facebook Fanpages (Reviews section)
ResellerRatings
Superpages
Yellow Pages
Feefo
Google Play Store (only if the business has an app)
Houzz
Better Business Bureau (BBB)
2. For each business, collect the following:
Business name
Website URL
Industry category
Star rating and number of reviews
Review text snippets (at least 2 per business)
Source of the reviews
Owner or business contact name (if available)
Email address
Phone number
City & State
Any social media links
