Data collection (copy/paste) and tagging

The purpose of this data collection exercise is to develop a directory of all online AgTech resources (e.g. PDF reports, PDF PPTs, blob posts, academic papers, videos) relevant to LMICs (low and middle income countries) and publicly available online.
