Data Typer to convert from pdf to excel

I am looking for a data typer to convert a PDF file containing text and numbers into an Excel file. The PDF file is less than 50 pages, and any standard formatting in the Excel file is fine. The ideal candidate should have experience in data entry and be proficient in using Excel. Accuracy is key in this project as there is important data involved.
