WE ARE SEEKING a contractor to CREATE an accurate MAILING LIST ON EXCEL SPREADSHEET (arranged by zip code of subject property address - if possible) of all real estate located in Broward County, Florida (USA) which are owned by a decedent Estate.

We will need a column for each of the following, as shown below - the reasoning is so we can create mailing labels and have the address separated by line, and for sorting purposes.

To scrape for ALL properties in the Broward County property tax records that have EST as part of the property owner's name. (The EST indicates the property is part of an estate.) NOTE: the tax record may show an equivalent designation other EST such as ESTATE, or ESTA, etc. The goal is to permit us to send letters to all such property owners offering to buy the subject real estate.
