I manage several content projects and need a reliable person to help keep my datasets clean, consistent, and up‑to‑date. Each day, you will take short English texts (product descriptions, short articles, website copy) and convert them into natural Malay, then enter the results into Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Because the original English text often comes from websites, I also need you to keep a simple log of each source link so everything remains traceable.
This is a straightforward, repetitive task – accuracy and clear communication matter more than speed. It will start small but can grow into a long‑term partnership.
Daily Workflow
Here’s what a typical day looks like:
Receive English text – I will share a small batch of English sentences or short paragraphs (10–20 items per day, approx. 300–500 words total).
Convert to Malay – Write a natural, accurate Malay version of each text. No need for literary style – just clear, correct, everyday Malay.
Enter into Excel – Paste the Malay text into the correct column of the Excel workbook I provide.
Mirror in Google Sheets (if required) – For some projects, also paste the same Malay text into a shared Google Sheet so my team can see updates in real time.
Log the source – For each item, note the website URL (or file name) where the original English text came from, in a separate column.
End‑of‑day update – Send me a short message confirming what you completed, any questions, and anything that might block the next batch.

English meaning is preserved – no added or missing information.
Source links are correctly logged.
Formatting of the spreadsheet is kept intact.
Requirements
Native or fluent Malay speaker with strong English comprehension.
Comfortable with basic Excel/Google Sheets (copy, paste, add rows).
Detail‑oriented – small mistakes waste time.
