Data Merging, Cleaning and Processing

I have two data sets that need to be merged and overlapping data removed. After that, I'd like the data to be cleaned and segmented. Finally, there may be scope for some light analysis.
I need someone that has a good command of English. To merge the data sets, you will need to match some questions with specific metrics and it will help to understand what these mean. I'd also like to have a phone consultation before we begin.
Its a fairly straightforward project, but would like to start with one section first to make sure we are on the same page.
