Data Extraction from short clips, translation to Arabic and data entry

I have around 190 short cooking clips like the one attached.

I want:

1- Ingredients and method extracted as they are written in EN on the video into text files
2- Arabic translation for the same.
3- Data Entry : upload the video and the description in both languages on a dashboard

Sample for the above video:

Veggie Chips:

Carrots
Sweet Potatos
Red Beets
Salt it up
Bake for 1/2 hour at 200 degrees
Rotate and bake for another 1/2 hour
