I need to develop a web platform capable of handling a database with approximately 5 to 6 million records of different types of data. The principal aim is to extract these data efficiently. Here's what I need:

- Data Extraction Features: The platform should provide search filters to sift through the data to find specific records. It must also offer the ability to export these extracted data in formats such as CSV and Excel.
- Statistical Data Analysis: While extracting the data, the ability to perform statistical analysis on them is crucial.
