Job Title: Freelance Data Extractor / Virtual Assistant for Educational Materials
Project Description:
I am currently organizing extensive study materials and need a meticulous freelancer to help extract and map specific information from large documents.
Your Responsibilities:
Review Materials: You will be provided with comprehensive subject-wise PDFs and a corresponding "blueprint" document for each subject.
Keyword Matching: Use the specific keywords listed in the blueprints to search through the PDFs.
Data Extraction: Extract the exact topics, paragraphs, or sections from the PDFs that align with those keywords.
Formatting: Compile the extracted information into a structured, easy-to-read format directly into my Notion workspace (or a standard Google Doc/Word file), organized chapter by chapter or topic by topic.
Ideal Candidate:
Excellent attention to detail—accuracy is the most important part of this job.
Proficient in navigating large PDF documents and extracting text cleanly.
Familiarity with formatting tools like Notion is a huge plus.
Good communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
