Data Entry with Speed and Accuracy

I am in need of a freelancer who can assist me with data entry tasks, specifically form filling. I have a template available that I would like the freelancer to use for the forms. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, and be able to complete more than 100 forms accurately and efficiently. Specifically, I need someone to manually input text entries into a system on a daily basis. The requirements are very specific and the format is predetermined, so experience in data entry is preferred.
