Data Entry from Scanned Business Cards to Excel
We are looking for a highly meticulous data entry specialist to transfer information from approximately 2400 scanned business cards into an Excel spreadsheet.
=== Data Points to Include for Each Card:
1. Name, Position, Company, Phone (include all numbers, Fax (if available) and correct country code, Emails, Websites, Social Media Links, Address, City, Country ,PO Box, category of company
2. AND Any other available information on the cards
=== Requirements:
* High accuracy is crucial; entries will be checked for spelling and number accuracy.
* The partner needs to speak English fluently and in writing as well.
* Images will need to be renamed at the end of the project to match the row of the card on the sheet
* The project will not be considered delivered if there are inaccuracies, hence you need to double check all numbers and words.
* Note that 99% of the cards are in English. For cards with multiple languages, if the information is also in English, only the English data is required.
* The partner needs to report on the progress of the data entry
* Sample of the scanned cards is attached (1900 cards (front and back) are scanned and 500 are images from phone in hand - the phone ones are also included in the attachments)
* Multiple rounds of feedback will be conducted
* Please include your experience with similar data entry projects in your proposal.
* The budget is 50$
*****IMPORTANT***** Very detailed instructions will be shared after selecting. The instructions will include what you need to do if you face duplicates, multiple numbers, order of cards, number format codes, multiple addresses on one card … etc
