Data Entry VA for Loom
Budget: $2 – $8 CAD
We’re looking to recruit a Data Entry Virtual Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.
Requirements:
Reliable computer with good processing power
Stable internet connection
Availability for 20–40 hours per week
Ability to work on weekends if needed
Role Description:
This is a straightforward data entry role. Each week, you’ll receive a document outlining your assigned tasks. Your main responsibility will be:
Adding buttons with custom links to a collection of Loom video
Copying the Loom thumbnail code and pasting it into our spreadsheet
You’ll be provided full access to our Loom account and clear weekly instructions.
Compensation:
Pay is performance-based:
Formatting 100 videos = $1.20
On average, formatting 100 videos can take 30 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes, depending on speed
Weekly workload: 2,000–3,000 videos (with room to scale)
Estimated monthly base pay: $120–$200+, depending on output and project needs
