Data Entry for Cookbook

We just launched a new software that helps users make custom cookbooks. As part of our testing process, we are creating sample books for some social media influencers. For this, I need a data entry specialist to visit certain IG pages and blogs and copy the recipe details for each selected recipe. Each book will have about 15-20 recipes.
I need to make about 5-7 recipe books. Looking for a candidate who is excellent at data entry, has an eye for detail and is very thorough in spell check and formatting.
