Data Entry edit into ms word

I'm in need of a reliable freelancer to help me with data entry into a MS Word document. Specifically, I need someone who can enter both text and numbers into the project. I don't have an exact template or format for the data entry - I'm open to suggestions about how best to organize the document. The project is medium-sized, with data entries between 100-500.
