You will also play a key role in coordinating data activities across our international offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in various systems accurately and completely.
Perform regular data validation and error correction to maintain high standards of data quality.
Generate and analyze reports from data to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with teams in Germany and the Netherlands to align data management processes.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure tasks are completed on time and resolve data-related issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.
Familiarity with the business cultures of Germany and the Netherlands is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other data management tools.
Exceptional attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and disciplined work habits.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German and/or Dutch is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
