Data Entry VA (Marketing Adult Content)

I'm hiring a freelancer to assist with the marketing efforts around my content, which is adult in nature.
This involves taking a watermarked video and extracting from it an image and animated gif to create a marketing package. Next, a marketing document is created including the main info like title/character/origin and a series of tags to be used when promoting the content. Finally the package is uploaded to a series of websites (mostly adult sites) along with the tags from the document as appropriate, during the key marketing time for my audience.
The tagging is the most important part. Only applicants showing a true understanding of the tagging system and aptitude for tagging will be considered as this is the 2nd most important part of the process. The first being the key marketing time. Everything else required is clearly laid out in a detailed guide along with any additional assistance needed to get started.
Applicants must be available to post between 5:30am and 7:30am Sunday, Wednesday and Friday (Central US Time GMT-6).
Applicants need to prove their ability to meet our two main criteria before a conversation can be started about the position. Any applicants who fail to submit the following requirements will first be referred back to the listing and then will cease to receive further communication.

Tags should be relevant to the content in the videos and high ranking.
"Rule34.xxx" and "xvideos.com" can be sued as a reference to determining what tags are appropriate and what would be considered high ranking. The number next to a tag on those sites show their rank. For example, 10k is low, 100k is mid range and 200k+ is high.
No further instructions will be provided or questions answered. Your ability to complete the tasks with the instructions provided is also part of the pre-evaluation.
The purpose of this exercise is to weed out applicants that aren't a good fit before taking the time to go through more in-depth one-on-one training. If you feel like you don't understand the tagging system or don't feel like it would be easy to adapt to it within a month or two, this role will not be a good fit for you.
Qualified applicants will have the opportunity to join the team for consistent work and quarterly pay raises based on performance beyond the initial on-boarding period.
