Match the filenames with the title:

1.195 = has in title 1.195
3.004 = has in title 3.4
For the file names with A, B, C etc:
Exemple:
3.001_A = has 3.1 in title
3.001_B = does not exist, make sure this is a new empty line.
3.005_A = has 3.5 in title
3.005_B = does not exist, make sure there is a new empy line
The first few rows I already did as an example.
In the end make a separate list from filenames you can not match with the title.
