Data Entry - Collect data from about 75 web pages to 800 lines spreadsheet

I need to collect real estate listings data from a web page into a spreadsheet:

It has about 75 properties (buildings). These are all the buildings in this town. For each building, there are number of units for sale. Average number of units for sale is about 10 for each building. You'll need to click on each building, click on every unit listing and collect 12 points of data for each. These points are as follows:
Name
Address
Price
Beds
Baths
Half Baths
Area
$/Sq.Ft
Date listed
Days on market
HOA
Tax
Attached is a spreadsheet with an example of what I expect the output to be. I'm estimating 700-800 total lines (one line for each unit for sale).
