Data Entry

I am looking for a freelancer to undertake a data entry project for me. The type of data entry I need is online entry into a database. As I do not have a template or guidelines created, I will need help with creating those as well. The size of the data set is medium-sized, containing 101-1000 entries. Experience in data entry is a must for this project, and excellent organizational and time management skills are required.
