Data Entry -

Good Morning,
We need someone to do some data entry for us. We have 900 photos which need to be added to some reports using word or excel (your choice) all photos are currently referenced by a number/filename - The photos are currently sorted in folders (40) each folder will have a document that need have the photos of each folder added.
Row A - File Name, Row B Photo, (Row C and D are areas we will edit.
I know using excel this can be automated i am unsure about this so how ever you get these into a document and to complete the works is up to you
All photos will be available on SharePoint.
Attached is how we currently have our document - if you can make it look better than what it is this will be a massive bonus
