Data Appending Services -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
The inputs are property addresses for 1000 leads. I can also include owner first/last name on most if that will increase match rate. I am looking to pay a flat fee, not by the hour. I need the following services:
1. 1. data enrichment- property address, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses
2. Data validation-
a. 1st + last names not empty
b. Property address info not empty
c. Email addresses do not have spaces or invalid characters. Emails must not be empty
d. Phone numbers are digits (1231231234). No dashes, spaces, paranthesis. Can not be empty.
3. data normalization-no duplicates
4. data sanitization- property addresses, emails, phone numbers, remove those on dnc list
