Data Analytics

I am looking for a data analytics expert to assist with data cleaning and preprocessing tasks for a large dataset (more than 10GB). The ideal candidate should have experience and skills in data cleaning and preprocessing techniques. There is no specific preference for the software or programming language to be used for this project.
