Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting descriptive data analysis to derive insights and trends
- Responding to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Prior experience in customer support, particularly via email

Experience:
- Minimum 4 years in an administrative role
- Prior experience in customer support and data analysis preferred
- Knowledge of Indonesian market a plus as I am based here
