Daily price/catalog update for my online store
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I want to sell +150 000 industrial products online on my ECWID catalog online store platform.
I have a master catalog Excel spreadsheet with all the SKU, product description, size, weight, net price, selling price, compare-to price, Images, additional images, Brand, attributes, etc.
Everyday, I get an updated pricelist from my distributor.
I need:
1- First, Upload matching images to its respective product (One time).
I have about 7000 product images in jpg format (328-3721.jpg). I also have a matching list of all these images in a URL format ( https://i.ibb.co/DgyNvy0/328-3721.jpg ,since ECWID will only accept the URL version of the image to upload the store). I must replace the images_jpg name with the images_url name. The are not in the same order. I have main images, and additional images. Many images are used for different products (for example, all the black garbage bags will use the same images regardless of size).
2- Price list update (Daily).
My distributor updates the +150000 products price list everyday on its website, and it is available for download in Excel for all their resellers. So, Every day, I must download and update the prices in my own catalog, and re-upload it on my ECWID online store. The daily new lists may have new products, and deleted products. The new list is not necessary in the same order as my catalog.
I need a spreadsheet that will automatically and easily match the new daily prices to its respective product sku. with 4 columns in simple clics: 1) Product_sku, 2) product_price, 3) product_compare_to_price, and 4) product_cost. Note that I want to be able to change the percentage ( my profit margin) in the product_price column.
