Payroll is handled elsewhere, so your focus stays squarely on daily transaction entry and reconciliation. Accuracy, quick turnaround, and respect for established chart-of-accounts rules are crucial; I need clean books that a tax preparer can pick up without adjustments.

Deliverables
• Record and categorise each day’s sales, purchases, and expenses in Xero
• Reconcile all bank and credit card feeds to a zero difference by close of business
• Flag any mismatches or missing documentation immediately in a shared note or comment inside Xero
